Frequently Asked Rebate Questions
You can submit your Regency Manufacturer's rebate in 2 ways.
Submit Online
- Find your online rebate form at http://www.regency-fire.com/Buyer-s-Guide/Promotions.aspx and fill in your rebate online.
- Print a copy of the pre-qualification page after you submit your rebate.
- Mail in the pre-qualification page with a copy of the sales receipt or invoice that shows where and when you purchased the product.
- Retain a copy of the online pre-qualification page and sales receipt for your record.
- Please note: Last date to submit your rebate online is July 15, 2010. Mail-in sales invoices and pre-qualification pages must be postmarked no later than July 30, 2010.
Submit by Mail
- Ask your Regency dealer for the printable Mail-in Rebate Form
- Complete and return the rebate form along with a copy of your sales invoice that shows where and when you purchased the product.
- Mail in the rebate claim form and sales receipts or invoices to the address shown on the actual claim form.
- Retain a copy of this rebate form and sales receipt for your record.
- Please note: Mail-in rebate forms and sales invoices must be postmarked no later than July 30, 2010. Submissions after the deadline will not be honored or paid by Regency.
If you are denied or rejected due to missing information such as missing invoice, serial number, you may submit your missing information to the address on your rebate form or the pre-qualification page if you entered your claim online.
Submissions mailed after the last eligible postmark date - July 30, 2010 will be rejected. Our promotions are carefully planned for specific time frames and are not available all the time. Watch for future offers on our products, check the dates and submit promptly.
No. All rebates must be mailed separately to the specific address and Dept # listed on each rebate form.

Offer valid in the United States and Canada. Rebate checks are payable in U.S. or Canadian dollars and are mailed directly to end-user customers.
No. At stated in the terms and conditions for the offer, rebate checks are void if not cashed within 90 days of issuance and cannot be reissued.
For check delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks processing following receipt of the completed promotion submission by the rebate center. After this time period, please call Regency rebate customer service at 866-390-6382.

Your purchase must take place during the promotion dates - May 1, 2010 to June 30, 2010. You must mail your submission by the last eligible postmark date - July 30, 2010.

Checking the status of your rebate is easy. Log on
http://www.regency-fire.com/Buyer-s-Guide/Promotions.aspx and go to the specific promotion you qualify for. Once you get into the promo page, click on the "Submit Your Rebate", it will takes you to a new website, then click "Track Your Rebate" and complete the requested information. If you have troubles of accessing the rebate site, call Regency rebate customer service at 866-390-6382. Please allow 1-2 weeks for tracking your rebate online following receipt of the mail-in invoice by Regency's rebate center.
Retailers are often able to print a copy of the receipt, especially if you purchased with a credit card. Retailers often make it possible for you to print a copy of your invoice directly from their site. Submissions lacking a copy of the receipt or invoice will be rejected.
