Submit Your Rebate by Mail:
1. Ask your dealer for the printable Mail-in Rebate Form.
2. Complete and return the rebate form, along with a copy of your sales invoice that shows where and when you purchase the product.
3. Mail in the rebate claim form and sales invoice to the address shown on the actual rebate claim form. Mail in your paperwork by July 30, 2010.
4. Retain a copy of this rebate form and sales receipt for your record.
*Please Note: Mail-in rebate claim form & sales invoice must be postmarked no later than July 30, 2010.
Promotion Rules:
- This rebate offer is limited to (1) rebate per serial number and (2) rebates per person or household.
- All submissions and invoices must be sent directly to the rebate company - Helgeson, not Regency or your local dealer.
- Submissions that are incomplete, without a valid 9 digit serial number, without an attached sales invoice or those not purchased within the promotion period will not be honored/paid by Regency. No exceptions!
