The odds of winning this sweepstakes are dependent on the amount of eligible ballots received. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Limit one prize per person, immediate family, or household.
How to Enter:
To be eligible to win $250, you must upload your Regency fireplace photo through the Regency Website Idea Gallery Upload
or e-mail your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org
. You can also enter the contest by sharing your photo on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter but you must
include our social handles and “#LoveMyRegency” in your post.
Only one entry per person is allowed for each draw unless otherwise invited by Regency. This sweepstake is conducted by FPI Fireplace Products International Ltd. (“FPI”) (the “Sponsor”) (Delta, B.C., Canada) and is open only to legal residents of Canada or the United States who are 18 years of age or older, except residents of Quebec , employees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household as each of FPI and its subsidiaries, agents, distributors, advertisers, promoters or representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”), excluding eligible Regency dealers. Submissions through charities are not accepted. All entries must be submitted online by midnight PST on March 1, 2020. Entries will be subject to verification and shall be null and void if they are found to have been obtained outside legitimate channels of distribution, or are illegal, forged, defaced, illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way or not obtained in accordance with these sweepstakes rules. All entries become the property of FPI (see release of limitation of liability for more information)
. FPI, its subsidiaries, agents, distributors and representatives shall not be responsible for any delay, theft, misdirection, misplacement or destruction of entry forms. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, county, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. Canadian residents are subject to the additional Canadian rules seen below. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
On March 4, 2020 at approximately 2 pm PST at FPI, one (1) consumer contest entry and one (1) dealer contest entry will be randomly drawn from all qualifying entries received until midnight PST March 1, 2020. The value of each prize is $250 USD ($250 CDN). The prize is non transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash surrender value. The winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or mail within two weeks of the applicable draw date(s). If the winner entered the contest via Facebook, Instagram or Twitter they will be notified by Direct Message on the platform they entered. If the winner cannot be contacted for any reason, at Sponsor’s discretion, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. The winner shall have 14 days to claim their prize by contacting Regency Fireplace Products through the contact information provided in the notification given to the winner; failure to claim the prize within 14 days will result in an alternate winner being drawn. Winners will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release within three days of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and awarding of prize to an alternate winner. If any prize notification letter is returned as undeliverable, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
The decision of FPI is final with respect to all aspects of this sweepstakes. FPI retains the right in its absolute discretion to make substitutions of equivalent component and/or value in the event of the unavailability of any component of any prize for any reason whatsoever.
RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official US and Canadian Sweepstakes Rules and agree that (1) Released Parties and their designees and assigns shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph, and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation, permission, or notification; and (2) Released Parties and their designees and assigns and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or death to entrant or any other person, including, without limitation, damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the Sweepstakes.
The winner’s first name, last initial and resident city will be posted on FPI’s website (www.regency-fire.com
) and social media channels. For the winner’s name, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by the dates above to the sponsor’s address below.

Additional Rules for Canadian Residents Only (Excluding Quebec)
Skill Testing Question:
Before being declared a winner, the selected entrants must first correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a time limited mathematical skill testing question to be administered by telephone at a time mutually convenient for the entrant and FPI or a promotional agent of FPI. Selected entrants will be notified by phone on or before April 30, 2020 respectively.
Declaration and Release: Before being declared a winner, all selected entrants must sign a declaration confirming understanding, compliance with and acceptance of the contest rules and acceptance of the prize and a release of all liability satisfactory to FPI, as well as a release allowing FPI Marketing and its agents to use their name and photo for any advertising or promotion, in any medium, without compensation.
