Sudhir Lamba is a seasoned CEO with a proven track record of building brands, leaders, and high-performing teams.  An Engineer with an MBA and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Sudhir has successfully transformed consumer and industrial products’ global companies in both growth roles and turnaround situations, and has led public, privately-owned and PE-backed businesses.  Sudhir has been with Regency Fireplace Products since 2023 and is excited to lead the company into its next phase of profitable growth, focusing on a disciplined strategy and execution.  Sudhir is known for his people-first leadership style, and his favorite quote is “never stop learning!”

Kristen is a seasoned senior executive leader driving the company’s global people and culture strategy while overseeing a broad enterprise portfolio that includes product development, operations, health and safety, technical services, and IT. With deep leadership experience across manufacturing, energy, and healthcare, she is known for leading complex organizations through transformation and delivering people-centered strategies that accelerate performance and growth. Kristen holds a master’s degree in work, organization, and leadership, along with multiple professional designations in HR and safety, underscoring her expertise at the intersection of leadership, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence.

In his role, Kyle aligns revenue strategy and brand execution across the customer journey—partnering closely with Regency’s dealer network to accelerate growth, strengthen market coverage, and elevate the customer experience. He brings a practical, data-informed approach to building high-performing sales teams, improving go-to-market effectiveness, and delivering profitable, sustainable results. Kyle is known for collaborative leadership and a focus on creating simple, scalable programs that help partners win—through strong product positioning, consistent execution, and disciplined follow-through.

Ken joined FPI as a consultant in 2012 to lead the evaluation and implementation of a new ERP system. Following the successful rollout, he was offered a full-time role as ERP Manager, where he continued to enhance and optimize the platform to support the company’s growth. Over the years, Ken has expanded his leadership across multiple areas of the organization, drawing on more than 26 years of experience in operations and customer service. Today, as Vice President of Operations, he oversees key operational functions with a focus on efficiency, performance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Colin is a pragmatic finance leader with 20+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning & analysis, risk management, and business improvement. He began his career with 10 years in public practice, and has now spent 10+ years in the manufacturing and distribution industry. He is genuinely passionate about products – their design, their sourcing, their production, their distribution, their functionality, and their value. He believes in taking an analytical approach to solving problems, and a collaborative approach to operational excellence. He is very active in the community, including serving on various boards and coaching his kids’ various sports.
